Play responsibly - limiting your account

We offer our players a variety of ways to limit their account if you feel like you have used too much time on playing or are about to lose your bankroll management. All below limits can be set by contacting our customer support or in your account settings.  The limits will be active from the moment we have received your request. If you want to raise or remove the limits, this can be done after cool down-period. Up to date information about cool-down can always be found in our Terms and Conditions.

Deposit limit

You can set a deposit limit amount over a period of time. You won't be able to transfer any more money to your account until the chosen period passes.

Self-exclusion

You can self-exclude yourself from the account for a selected period or indefinite time. Logging in is not possible during this time.

Time limit

You can choose the maximum time you can stay logged in on the site. After this time passes, you will be logged out automatically and login again the next day.

Loss limit

You can set a loss limit over a period of time, so you won't lose more than you can afford if things go wrong. You won't be able to place any bets until the chosen period passes.
